CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations are very costly and usually do not occur in time for resale of the canceled tour. Cancellation notices MUST be received in writing (please do not email). Should you cancel your reservation, the following fees will be charged. If you have purchased Cancellation/Interruption Insurance, these cancellation fees may be refunded by the insurance company after your claim has been approved.

Airline tickets are subject to the refund or revision policies of the air carrier. Artist Palette TOURS cannot assume responsibility for any additional costs/fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other travel arrangements.

Artist Palette TOURS or their representative reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a tour with fewer than 13 travelers. In this situation, Artist Palette TOURS may offer travelers a choice: cancellation of tour without any penalties or continuing the tour with payment of a small-group supplement. Artist Palette TOURS or their representatives reserve the right to cancel an extension with fewer than 8 travelers.

Artist Palette TOURS Cancellation: FULL refund of all payment(s) should Artist Palette TOURS cancel a trip.
Travel Insurance: travel insurance is available.  We recommend using www.travelguard.com to purchase travel insurance.
